The tower sits atop a striking golden podium that serves as a neighbourhood shopping mall. The podium’s bold, sculptural envelope features undulating textures and a metallic sheen, adding visual richness and anchoring the tower with a sense of prestige and vitality. Landscaped terraces and green decks soften the urban edge, providing communal areas and visual relief.
