paragon height residence
Instead of investing in an entirely new development, the client made a strategic and deeply personal decision: to transform his existing home in a well-established, mature neighbourhood into a modern statement of lifestyle elevation. The architectural approach embraces adaptive reuse—stripping away dated finishes while injecting new spatial language and material sophistication.
The façade boldly contrasts its surroundings, with vertical fins and deep recesses redefining depth, rhythm, and privacy. A dramatic cantilevered balcony clad in perforated metal filters light and softens the transition between indoor and outdoor. Timber soffits and textured concrete panels subtly introduce warmth and tactility without overwhelming the composition.
Internally, the renovation creates layered pockets of retreat and connection—evident in the shaded balcony lounge, thoughtfully placed to catch morning light and evening breeze. This is not just a renovation, but a reawakening of the home’s identity—designed for comfort, relevance, and quiet luxury. It stands proudly among its aging peers, a symbol of renewal through design.
