Tin's residence
During our initial meeting with Tin, he emphasized that his 70-year-old mother must be able to comfortably live in his 5,500 sq.ft villa. He wanted the villa to be single-story, spacious, and comfortable, reflecting their simple lifestyle. Tin also preferred a home that was not too attention-grabbing, but rather a comfortable and unambiguous space.
We respected Tin's wishes and designed a simple, airy, and extremely spacious villa with a resort-like vibe. The architecture is honest and unpretentious, featuring building materials that express their natural qualities. To ensure comfort and natural lighting, we included an internal courtyard, which also provides ventilation. We also made sure to include safety features, such as panic buttons, a ramp, and spacious wheelchair-friendly bathrooms. Overall, the villa will be a safe and enjoyable haven for Tin and his family to call home.
